Beef Share Example

Each section will give you an idea of how much packaged beef you’ll receive in your beef share. The following examples are just that, examples. Actual beef shares will vary since each cow is different.

The charts below shows the number of packages for each cut so you can get a clear idea of the total amount received.

Steaks are packaged 2 per package. In this example the buyer would receive 8 packages of 2 T-bones each for a total of 16 T-bones.

Certain cuts are only available with a whole cow purchase.
